Appeared in all 35 games for Pacific, averaging 13.6 minutes per contest. Chipped in 2.3 points and 1.3 assists per game. Played all 32 games as a true freshman, starting three. Handed out 44 assists on the season (1.4 per game) as the reserve point guard. Connected on 50 percent from behind the three-point line (eight-for-16) on the season. Registered 23 steals and blocked four shots. Handed out an assist in her debut at Fairfield (Nov. 13). Registered three steals with four rebounds against Saint Mary's (Nov. 19). Made her first start and scored her first points, with a five-point, four-assist effort at Cal State Bakersfield (Nov. 22). Set a then career-high with 10 points in 16 minutes against Cal State Fullerton (Dec. 29) on four-of-seven shooting, while handing out three assists. Posted career-highs of six assists in wins over Long Beach State (Jan. 12) and UC Irvine (Feb. 11). Scored seven points and grabbed a career-high five rebounds to go with the six dimes against LBSU (Jan. 12). Also grabbed five boards in the Tigers' win at UC Santa Barbara (Jan. 28), with five points. Hit all five of her shots from the field and her only free throw attempt for a new career-best of 11 points in a win at Cal State Fullerton (Feb. 4). Hit two of three field goals for five points with a pair of assists in the WNIT against San Diego (Mar. 18) in the second round. The Tigers were +61 in point differential with Johnson on the floor.
Johnson, a 5-5 point guard from Santa Monica, Calif. led her squad to the Sweet 16 of the CIF State Playoffs, as Santa Monica High School upset the No. 3 team in the nation, Long Beach Poly, en route.
The pass-first point guard was named First Team All-Ocean League, averaging nine points per game, including a season-high 24 points against Palos Verdes.
As a junior, she led Santa Monica High School to the Division I State quarterfinals, averaging 8.0 points per game and 2.3 steals per contest while handing out 3.2 assists per game. For the season, she doled out 107 assists while recording 73 steals, all while shooting 47 percent from the field.
She played summer ball for the Cal Storm Elite, an club team out of Southern California and coached by George Quintero, which has produced a stable of Division I and WNBA players.
