2013 (RS-Sophomore): Macierz split time in goal with Maggie Corder during the 2013 season, seeing time in 14 games, making 11 starts. Macierz picked up victories in consecutive days against Saint Joseph's and LaSalle on September 19 and 20, picking up NorPac West Defensive Player of the Week honors after the Philadelphia road trip. Her signature performance of the year came in a 2-1 double overtime loss to Cal. She played all 100 minutes as the Tigers fell in penalty strokes. Two days later, she picked up the victory in a 4-2 triumph over the Golden Bears.

2012 (RS-Freshman): After sitting out 2011 with an injury, Macierz made her first ever collegiate appearance in the season opener against Saint Louis where she pitched a first half shutout. She appeared in six contests, earning four starts for the Tigers. Macierz stopped a career-high 18 shots in Pacific's contest with Northwestern on September 2. 

2011 (Freshman):
Macierz used her redshirt option in 2011. 

High School:
Macierz attended Los Gatos High School, where she led her field hockey team to three conference championships (2008-10). She averaged eight blocks for every shot on goal her senior season. She also played catcher for the Wildcat softball team.

Personal: Molly was born in San Jose, Calif., to Tim and Catherine Macierz. Off the field she enjoys ceramics, poetry and scrapbooking.
