2013 (Junior):
Returning in fine form for her junior season at Pacific, Prlain finished sixth on the team with 22 goals while playing in 31 games for the Tigers. She went for a career-high four goals against both Azusa Pacific (Feb. 2) and Cal State Monterey Bay (Mar. 9), and tallied a total of five multi-goal games on the year. She led Pacific with 73 drawn ejections, drawing six whistles against UC Irvine (Mar. 30), and five versus both UC Davis (Feb. 17) and UC Santa Barbara (Mar. 24). Prlain finished third on the team with 29 assists and added 21 steals.

2012 (Sophomore):
Showing much progress in her second season at Pacific, Prlain became one of the Tigers’ most potent offensive players. She finished the year with 35 goals, good for second on the team and 18th in the Big West. Prlain recorded 10 multi-goal games, including a four-goal outing against Colorado State on Mar. 16 to go along with four hat tricks. Her versatility was on display throughout the season as she recorded 33 assists, 27 steals, 23 drawn ejections and 10 field blocks. She registered five assists in the Tigers’ overtime upset of CSU Northridge on Apr. 14 and contributed four helpers in Pacific’s win over Santa Clara on Jan. 22.

2011 (Freshman):
Prlain appeared in all 31 games in her first season at Pacific, tallying 14 goals. She also recorded 17 steals, eight assists, eight drawn ejections, and two field blocks. 

High School:
Prlain attended David Douglas High School in Portland, Ore., where she earned four letters in both water polo and swimming. She led her team to conference titles each season and was a First Team All-Mt. Hood Conference and First Team All-State selection as a senior. Prlain was also recognized as an all-league pick as a freshman, sophomore, and junior, and was a Second Team All-State selection in 2009 and Honorable Mention All-State selection in 2008. As a swimmer, Prlain earned All-America honors in the 400 Free Relay as a freshman.

Personal:
Prlain was born in Portland, Ore., and is the daughter of David Prlain and Mari Jo Prlain-Wilcox. She has four siblings, Heather, Kelsey, Dane, Rand, and Hilary. Heather swam at the University of Virginia, Kelsey played water polo at Loyola Marymount University, and Hilary plays water polo at the University of Oregon. Prlain spends her free time traveling, hiking, cooking, baking, and relaxing. She is majoring in business administration with an emphasis on human resources and management.
